A Celebration of Stations
What is a Station Party? Basically, it is an extended hors d' oeuvres reception. However, unlike an hors d' oeuvres reception where you may find only bite-sized hors d' oeuvres, a station party combines hors d'oeuvres with an array of creative, beautiful food displays called "Stations" ...and the best part is - no one goes home hungry!! Combine several stations to make a complete meal.
(Minimum 3 stations required as well as a minimum of 50 guests).

- ^Carving Station
- Hand carved by one of our chefs. Your choice of herb crusted beef, roasted turkey, ginger glazed pork loin or honey & apricot glazed ham. Served with fresh baked rolls & condiments.
- Gourmet Mashed Potato Bar
- Your choice of Asiago garlic mashed or Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Served with assorted toppings, such as whipped herb butter, bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, sautéed onions with mushrooms and sour cream.
Add BBQ chicken for an additional fee.
Add Mashed Sweet Potatoes for an additional fee.
- Italian Pasta Station
- Chef prepared pasta with pesto cream sauce, marinara sauce &mushroom ravioli with Prosciutto and roasted garlic sauce. Served with sautéed garden vegetables, fresh garlic bread and Parmesan cheese.
Add Chicken, Italian Sausage or Meatballs for an additional fee.
- Taste of the Southwest Station
- Grilled chicken & spiced beef with sautéed onions and peppers served with soft warmed flour tortillas. Accompanied by refried beans, baskets of tri-colored tortillas chips, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa & guacamole.
Add Chicken, Italian Sausage, Meatballs or Shrimp Aioli for an additional fee.
- Cajun Station
- Blackened cajun breast of chicken, andouille sausage and roast pork in a cajun spice broth served with New Orleans style dirty rice & Southern cheddar cornbread.
- Asian Station
- Teriyaki chicken breast, vegetable rice stir fry, shrimp wontons and egg rolls. Served with assorted dipping sauces.
- Hawaiian Station
- Hawaiian sweet & sour chicken, glazed pork loin and mango stuffed shrimp. Accompanied by island stir fry rice.
- Strawberry Shortcake Flambé
- Fresh strawberries flamed with blackberry brandy served on fresh baked shortcake & topped with whipped cream.
Station Add Ons:
- "Market Stand"
- Includes fresh fruit display, imported & domestic cheese display & fresh crudite display. Served with Taste of the Gardens house salad which consists of mixed greens, dried cranberries, blue cheese crumbles & balsamic dressing.

We are able to create any themed station you desire!! Please let us know if you have your own idea for a station and our chef can create a special menu just for your event.
