- Gourmet Mashed Potato Bar
- Asiago garlic mashed & Yukon gold mashed potatoes. Served with assorted toppings, such as whipped herb butter, bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese, steamed broccoli, sautéed onions with mushrooms and sour cream.
- Add BBQ chicken for an additional fee.
- Carved Pork or Turkey Loin Station*
- Carved pork loin with a ginger glaze or turkey breast. Served with fresh baked rolls & condiments. *Substitute Roasted Beef Sirloin for an additional fee.
- Asian Station
- Teriyaki chicken breast, vegetable rice stir fry, shrimp wontons and egg rolls. Served with assorted dipping sauces.
- Taste of the Southwest Station
- Grilled chicken & spiced beef with sautéed onions and peppers, served with warm soft flour tortillas. Accompanied by refried beans, baskets of tri-colored tortillas chips, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa & guacamole.
